This Robert Rodriguez’s silk blouse somehow reminds me of the classic Victorian era, perhaps because of the ruffle & bishop sleeves design. All you gotta do is match it with a pair of black pants or even pencil skirt if you like, and voila! You’d look effortlessly elegant.
